Ken lander

Ken Lander is the Director and founder of Lander and Associates Consulting Pty Ltd, which he established in 2002.
With over 35 years professional and volunteer experience in strategic planning and leadership, governance, management, communication, fundraising and community development across the public and not for profit sectors Ken brings a dynamic, entrepreneurial yet pragmatic approach to every project.
In a varied and creative career marked by innovation and making a difference, he transformed a key communal charity into one of Australia’s pre-eminent fundraising and communal development organisations. He has established several foundations, both public and private. He pioneered mass communication, public participation programs in regional planning in Australia, introduced a commercial marketing approach to public information campaigns and formulated government policies across a wide range of sectors from education to land management.
He has a successful track record in charitable fundraising (over $95million raised under his leadership) and measures his success by the outcomes achieved with those funds. He is an expert in not for profit governance and management, distribution of charitable funds and strategic planning. He has extensive experience in the establishment and management of private and public charitable trusts.
His strong interpersonal communication and management skills enable him to motivate and lead volunteers and professionals at every level in sensitive and complex environments.
Ken has an Honours Degree in Town Planning, a Graduate Diploma in Communication, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Public Relations Institute of Australia and Fundraising Institute of Australia. He is a Justice of the Peace for NSW.
He is currently the Chairperson of the Together for Humanity Foundation and a director and ‘responsible person’ for both private and public trust funds.
In 2002 he was honoured by the Jewish Community when the NSW Jewish Communal Appeal awarded him its inaugural ‘Lifetime Service Award’.
Jennifer Rice

Jennifer Rice, Communications and Marketing Consultant, brings to every project a wealth of marketing and public relations experience that spans several continents and a number of industries.
Initially trained in the hospitality industry in South Africa she has subsequently held a variety of public relations and marketing positions in the fashion, food, IT, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical and health care industries. She has worked both in-house and as a consultant and has managed her own businesses and consultancy.
A hands on practitioner, Jennifer has done it all - from writing media releases for the stars, producing publications of every description, launching prestige fashion brands overseas and in Australia, coordinating targeted marketing campaigns to customer relationship marketing.
She gets results by combining an infectious enthusiasm with a creative flair and the ability to think outside the square.
Jennifer has a Diploma in Public Relations from Damelin College (SA) and is a certified Australian Institute of Management Trainer.
